Campbell University of Buies Creek, North Carolina , was founded January 5, 1887 , by James Archibald Campbell, a North Carolina preacher who believed that no student should be denied admission because of lack of funds. Campbell University is a university of the liberal arts, sciences, and professions which is committed to helping students develop an integrated Christian personality characterized by a wholeness of body, mind and spirit that includes a method of critical judgment; an appreciation of the intellectual, cultural, and religious heritage; stewardship of the body; and a sensitive awareness of the world and society in which they live and work with persons. Campbell has over 80 undergraduate degree programs and 12 graduate degree programs within 6 major schools and colleges.

The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University of Buies Creek, North Carolina, offers over 20 degree programs that serve undergraduates, graduates, and executives. Core undergraduate programs serve men and women from all fifty states and other countries who live and learn in a four-year, primarily residential campus environment. Graduate programs serve professionals and also traditional students enrolled in joint BBA/MBA, MBA/JD, or MBA/PharmD degree programs.

The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business also designs and delivers executive education programs in partnership with industry. The orientation of the Lundy-Fetterman faculty is teaching and service, supported and augmented by focused applied research.
